Honey Ingredients

The honey contains many useful components, such as carotene, protein, vitamins C, PP, group B, essential oils, enzymes, sugars, organic acids, nitrogenous compounds – all are more than 300 different substances. In the honey contains sugars: glucose (about 35 percent) and fructose (about 40 percent).
